Homogenized Mono-floral and poly-floral honey.
Honey is collected at apiaries from skillful beekeepers. Later, it is homogenized and filtered through 0.5mm Nylon mesh. After a short period of sedimentation, honey is pumped into 240 litters food-grade steel drums ready for exporting. Depending on markets, this honey can be repacked into small jars and sell to final consumers. In the most cases, this type of honey is considered as raw honey. It should be processed further before being used.
